Kavanaugh’s Confirmation

The recent allegations made against nominee Kavanaugh are not only absurd, but reek of political propaganda solely fabricated by Dianne Feinstein, to derail the confirmation. This actress hired by the D.N.C. needs to be exposed for the fraud that she is.

When she appears before Congress to testify, there is only a few  relevant questions to be asked. The first being, that if this really happened, and it was not consensual, did you tell your parents or any other authority, and if so show the incident report to substantiate these accusations. I suggest that if any of these questions cannot be verified, that the complainant be dismissed from the hearing to save her from any further embarrassment.

Furthermore, to avoid these continuous convictions in the court of public opinion, rather than the proper constitutional process, where one is innocent until proven otherwise, Congress needs to enact legislation, placing a statute of limitations restricting the ability of those who would use the media and public opinion, to destroy the careers of honest, hard working individuals. Even if, regrettably, an incident has occurred in someone’s distant past, if charges were not filed, or there was no incident report made, for the typical standard of the seven year statute, these type of accusations must be considered unfounded and dismissed.

We as Americans cannot allow the destruction of our constitutional rights to be bastardised by the Liberal media. Americans need to wake up here. The attempts by well-funded Liberals like Bezos , Zuckerberg, and Soros to control both free speech and sensor our news cycle are very real. New evidence of bias censorship from the tech giants is surfacing daily, and is blatantly obvious in the television news cycle. If Congress fails to act appropriately and expeditiously to curb this, these type of nominations like Kavanaugh’s and even our free and fair elections are in dire jeopardy.

Believe me folks, Russian meddling is the least of our problems! Unless and until the television and social media outlets can be adequately monitored for absolute neutrality, and punished severely for failing to do so, this country will become a “third world” Socialist country in short order. Propaganda is already infecting the minds of our children in the public education system, as well as in our higher education institutions, with delusions of a Utopia where government feeds, clothes, heals, and houses its citizens.

America is one of only a few countries that has thus far avoided this delusional failed experiment. Let’s keep it that way!

Supreme Court Hearings Circus Continues

Today’s circus hearings have now begun at fever pitch. From Booker to Durbin to Feinstein to Blumenthal and others. It apparently is acceptable practice for the Democrats to violate attorney client privilege, if that attorney works in a Republican administration. Claiming that President Bush’s attorney has no right to withhold privileged documents, because he had worked for the nominee.

The Senator from North Carolina, a Republican, seemed to achieve absolute silence from the Democrats, when he asked that if they are forgoing attorney client privilege that all the Senators release all of their e-mails in a gesture of transparency.  Booker’s grandstanding in these hearings are an obvious attempt to get air time for his aspirational bid for the Presidency.

Anyone that would think that is a good idea to put this moron in the highest office in the land needs to get an M.R.I. of their brain because there must be some anomaly. Booker’s release of confidential documents indicates he clearly has no respect for the Senate confidentiality rules. What would make a person think he would respect those same rules as president? Rules aren’t rules if there is no consequence for breaking them. Senator Cornyn quoted the rule directly to Senator Booker, and in an arrogant defiance of said rules, Booker said “bring it” to challenge anyone that would hold him to account.

I hope that at least one Republican Senator adheres to the rules and challenges Mr. Booker. Oh, and by the way one of the penalties is expulsion from the senate, however, it would need a ⅔ majority to do so.

Supreme Court Hearings are a Circus

Watching the Supreme Court circus over the past few days, and the feeble attempts by Democrats to obstruct, was so indicative of how far off the rails their party has come. The hired protesters weren’t exactly a positive for Democrats. Corey Booker kept complaining that the Democrats only have 10% of the documents, but 90% of the documents requested had no bearing on the merits of Kavanaugh’s eligibility to fill the seat.

In fact most of those documents were sensitive communications between then President Bush and his closest advisors, when Kavanaugh served as White House secretary, like those from the head of national security, C.I.A.,  F.B.I. and the D.O.J. I could almost see Democrats salivating at the idea that they might possibly convince Congress to reveal the inner workings of an opposing party’s Presidency, at the highest national security level; and the hopes of somehow leveraging some savory tidbit of information to try to rig the upcoming election in their favor. Sheldon Whitehouse had someone holding up signs depicting conservative groups and corporations that lobbied for Kavanaugh’s nomination, but apparently has no concern for the millions poured in from Liberal groups for the contrary. Whitehouse pointed out percentage statistics where the Supreme Court ruled in favor of corporate litigants and conservative groups, yet failed to give any details about those legal arguments. Feinstein seemed to think that if confirmed, Kavanaugh would single-handedly reverse Roe V Wade.

The main reason for the Democrats having these concerns, is that they have become so used to Liberal judges legislating  from the bench applying their political ideology, instead of litigating with impartiality, that they fear the same thing will happen to them from the opposite side of the political aisle.

Thankfully Ted Cruz was able to clearly articulate the true nature of the Democrat’s obstruction and concerns for Kavanaugh’s appointment; that this is no more than just another attempt to delegitimize the Trump Presidency. Cruz articulated that Trump ran his campaign promising to put fair-minded constitutionalist judges on the Supreme Court. This being contrary to Hillary Clinton’s approach to put Liberal judges in place to re-evaluate and possibly re legislate the constitution from the Supreme Court bench. He then added that the American people voted and elected Trump partly on that principle. The fact is, that by its very nature conservative view is for the most part based on facts and common sense, therefore, far fewer of these instances of political bias interfere with judgement calls.

This country was founded, and survives today based mainly on those conservative principles. Most of the Liberal policies that have been enacted, through ‘bench legislation’ and have become mainstream in today’s society, have become burdensome to society, dragging down those who would otherwise seek achievement instead of hand outs. The very nature of these policies have created the social injustices that many are protesting against.

Google, Facebook and Twitter – Treasonous USA Monopolies

As much as I hate the idea of the government regulating any private enterprise, Google, Facebook, and Twitter have become too big for there to be reasonable free market competition in the tech industry.

When a person uses the Google search engine, they are not offered any alternate choice when using the site. Just as Bell telephone operated in the mid part of the last century. Eventually the government had to step in to allow the free market to compete. The same is applicable for Twitter and Facebook. There is no “Squawker” and “Headbook” to compete with these behemoths. The fact that there is now surfacing rumors of censorship of conservative viewpoints on these sites that claim ambiguity as their primary objective, poses another problem with deceptive marketing practices.

Since these platforms have only existed for a few decades at best, and have expanded technologically exponentially with only self governance they have been able to stay ahead of any attempts to be comprehensively monitored for their bias, because of the limited personnel working outside of these companies, that have the intellectual talent to do so. Like any other company that operates in this country there has to be some level of transparency to either the public, or the federal government.

An even more serious issue has arisen with Google, refusing to work with the U.S.military, but willing to aid the Chinese government, including making  military intellectual property of the U.S. vulnerable to hacking through open access to their cloud platform. This is the true definition of treason for an American company to aid a direct military adversary of the U.S.

So I am afraid at this point there is little choice, the federal government must intervene before our military and search information on all of Google’s hard drives becomes compromised leaving our Electric grid, business infrastructure, millions of Americans personal information, our banking, military secrets, our intelligence agencies and who knows how much other information could be accessed. The defiant acts of these tech giants to provide transparency could be the beginning and the end of a global tech war with the U.S. as the loser of that war!

The ability of a few ideologue employees that work at these tech giants could control the flow of information and determine the outcomes of free and fair elections, putting at risk the very fabric of a free America. If people are concerned about Russian interference, they should be extremely concerned about those who could interfere from within our own cyber infrastructure.

Cory Booker Tirades

I recently observed a tirade from the Mayor of Newark, Cory Booker expressing his displeasure with the state of affairs in America. Unfortunately, however, the Mayor’s views are so distorted because of the nature of the constituency he represents, that there can be no merit for his discontentment.

Booker represents a district that has extremely disproportionate levels of unemployment, section 8 housing, and welfare dependent families, that have had such generational dependency on the federal government, that almost all ambition and self determination for achievement has been abandoned.

I have been there. The city of Irvington, N.J., a suburb of Newark, is so scary that you lock your car door, while your car is moving. Crime rates in Booker’s district are some of the highest in America. Booker’s policies have consistently doubled down on the pathetic theory, that government handouts can lift people out of the slums. If Booker has aspirations of running for President in 2020, he should look in his own backyard first.

The Democratic programs that he so dearly embraces have only enslaved a large portion of his, and so many districts like it to a life of federal servitude, not unlike that which Abraham Lincoln and many others fought and died to abolish.

The Coming of the Nazi Party to America

In recent days I have seen a trend developing in the Democratic party, embracing the concept of Socialism. Many pundits seem to laugh it off, but I find it necessary to remind those who may be ill informed on the subject, that in the modern era, the most rapid social economic success gained from this form of government has been that of Nazi Germany.

The process occurred in much the same way as what is evident in our culture. The youth was brainwashed into giving their allegiance, much the same as our universities are doing to them now. The only difference in what Bernie Sanders and others like him are espousing, is that instead of wealth being redistributed, it was confiscated. The wealthy were not acclimated, but exterminated. The disloyal not converted, but severely punished. The social economic result, however, is that one of the poorest countries in the world became one of the most powerful in less than ten years. What was the cost for all this to the rest of the world?

I ask Americans this: Is America ready to repeat history? Is this the future we want for America? Make no mistake, once the government has been transformed to the Socialist ideal, that is what will become of us. Once these lunatics rise to power, the lines become blurred the same way that Adolf Hitler did. Though well intended, the wealth and power took over and guided them from there.

Nazi Germany’s rise to power started the exact same way. First the propaganda campaign to separate the country through racial division. Much the same as the media is attempting to do now. The censorship of free, conservative, or contradictory speech, sound familiar yet? Then the promise of income equality, and government run programs for the benefit of all. Anything ringing a bell yet? NAZI, The National Socialist People’s Party. The Future of the Democratic party.

Trump/Putin Summit

Unfortunately, I do think President Trump did look like a deer in the headlights when a reporter asked him if he would call out Putin about the Russian meddling in the post meeting  press conference between the two leaders.

Let’s break it down, however. If Trump called Putin out in a public setting like they were in, it would be all over the news that President Trump admitted to the collusion, and the media would have tried and convicted him, and a few decades back, probably had him tarred and feathered. Questions immediately flew around that Trump would rather trust Putin’s word, over that of the American intelligence agencies. I say, he can’t trust Putin, the media, nor his intelligence agencies.

Why would Trump trust these agencies, when he’s had to fire the head of the F.B.I., the assistant is under investigation, the assistant to the attorney general at the D.O.J. is subject of review, even the impeachment word has been circulating, both have publicly indicated bias towards party opposition. The media are constantly fabricating stories to support their questionable agenda. The former head of the C.I.A. has become what amounts to a spokesperson for MSNBC, probably one of the most Liberal left propagandists’ media outlets ever established. Anyone with an I.Q. over 50 would have reason to question the intelligence agencies. These guys have outspokenly put a target on the back of the President to unseat him.

Trump’s response, wisely, was to ask for the corroborating evidence that is required to substantiate the whole collusion premise. We have been given only the prosecution’s side of everything with the Mueller indictments.  What about the defense’s arguments with regard to the relative evidence that could be found or not found on the D.N.C. server, the center of the alleged hack by the Russians?   The D.N.C. server was never released.

What I still find remarkable about the Russian meddling and collusion accusations, is that all the meddling occurred on the Democrats computers and as Trump pointed out, their computer tech-guy has managed to get rid of all the info that pertains to any details pertinent to the alleged meddling.

Somehow, the Republican party and President Trump are the ones that are being accused of wrongdoing. This is like a bank robber that loses the money from the hold up, and the bank employees being accused of the crime.

Strzok Hearing

I have a few thoughts after watching some of the theatrics of the Strzok hearings. In recent months, several public officials have resigned their positions amid accusations of sexual misconduct. It is a well known fact at this juncture, that Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, another employee at the F.B.I. were having an affair. Though Louie Gohmert’s (Republican) comments about the possible awkward interaction between Strzok and his wife were out of line, it made me wonder; why has Strzok not been asked to resign? Is adultery not considered sexual misconduct? Never mind all the other stuff that is coming to light regarding his mishandling of both the Clinton and Trump investigations.

Additionally, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the Russia collusion probe being conducted by Robert Mueller has become a game of pin the tail (crime) on the donkey, with all sorts of people being charged with everything but, helping Russia interfere with the election process. One Democrat had his own ‘dog and pony’ show by holding held up signs with the faces of people that have been charged with unrelated crimes, and somehow trying to link them to Trump. This is another feeble attempt by Democrats to delegitimize Trump’s Presidency.

Watching and listening to these hearings, and seeing the great lengths the Democrats were undertaking to distract from the issues, only reassured me further, that there is real merit to the accusations laid out against Peter Strzok. Some Democrats claimed that the hearings should focus on the couple thousand illegal immigrants that have been separated from their families while attempting to illegally enter the U.S. I guess that is more important than the millions of American citizens who could be at risk of being charged wrongly of crimes, based on some F.B.I. agent’s political bias.

I had to laugh out loud, when another Democrat stated that if Strzok had reported to the media that Trump was under investigation, prior to the election, we would have a legitimate president now. I have to ask; if at the time, both presidential candidates were under investigation by the F.B.I., why would one be more legitimate than the other?

Oh yeah, by the way, if Strzok had leaked anything to the press, he would have been fired, like Andrew McCabe was, without collecting his pension.

ATTENTION REPUBLICAN VOTERS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

ATTENTION REPUBLICAN VOTERS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

When researching the viability of any given Republican candidate, either from the TV ads or other sources, it is of no importance to whom the candidate claims to have  donated to.

What needs to be looked at is who is funding their campaign. The problem is, this is difficult information to obtain. The funding for a candidate far exceeds the contributions that any candidate would report. The fact is, that the Democrats are actively funding Republican opposition candidates that are claiming to support President Trump’s agenda. Candidates that hail from Democratic districts in any given state are a dead give away.

It’s kind of sad, yet ironic in a way that the Democrats would stoop to this level, but they are out of options at this point. They know that if they can split the vote on the Republican side, their chances of pushing through the Democratic opponent are much better.

My advice is to stick with the more popular candidate that is running, and stay away from the “Johnny come lately” candidates. Don’t buy into the  “Outsider” or the “Businessman”.  These are all just catch phrases to deceive gullible voters into thinking that the candidate resembles President Trump.

Socialist Hypocrites

Last week a self proclaimed Socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez won a congressional seat. I can’t help but to laugh out loud when I hear these hypocrites who make these claims. It’s real easy to call oneself a Socialist, when they live in a free Republic like America. It’s kind of like watching American Choppers on television, and calling oneself a master motorcycle mechanic, or House Hunters, and calling oneself a Realtor. I suggest that Cortez, Sanders, and all these other self professing Socialists go live in Cuba for a few years, deposit their money in the bank there, and get a real feel for it. This way they can truly give us outsiders a genuine opinion on the Socialist way of life.

I’m sure the Castros would love to redistribute Bernie Sander’s hundreds of millions of dollars (mostly into their own portfolios), and that goes the same for anyone else with these aspirations.

I submit that all of the misinformed millennials, movie stars, and morons who have these delusions of grandeur, that you put your “money where your mouth is” and gain some real world experience. Then, and only then, can you expect the rest of America to take you seriously. Oh, and by the way, Nazi Germany was a Socialist governing body.
