On the Matter of a Manufactured Crisis at the Southern Border

On what most on the left considered short notice, President Trump gave a public address to the nation to explain his concerns for the security and well being for the American people with regard to the situation on our southern border.

The disturbing thing was not what was said in the address, but the response from the leaders of the Democratic party, particularly the comments made by Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. Immediately following the President’s remarks, they issued their rebuttal. Their claims were that the crisis on the southern border is all a manufactured crisis by the President. The complicit media then set out with the usual propaganda campaign, literally repeating the hypocritical statements from Pelosi and Schumer word for word.

The Democrats are accurate in their analysis that it is a manufactured crisis, but it has been manufactured by the Democrats, through an aggressive advertising campaign perpetrated by operatives that have been deliberately sent to the Central American region to convince people, particularly, pregnant women and children, to come to America for the promise of a better life, with all the freebies that come with our social welfare programs. These people were deliberately told that there were  loopholes in American immigration laws, and to claim asylum when they arrived at our border. These migrants were also told that women with children would be cared for and given entry into America. The people were then given instructions and routes to follow, as well as some logistics to provide food, water, and shelter along most of the journey.

The sad thing about this is not only  the denial by Democrats to admit the facts, but the cover up of the whole scheme. To deny that there is a crisis at the southern border, and having the complicit media follow suit is nothing less than criminal, and those responsible for this humanitarian crisis should be prosecuted. The media has been reporting about these migrant “caravans” for months now, and not only is this a threat to national security, but the migrants attempting to get here are being sexually assaulted, robbed, plagued with illnesses, and risking their very lives because of the deception perpetrated on them by these Democratic operatives. All  this done to try to gain Democratic majority and control in government to figure out, in their best interest, ways to spend the American taxpayers money.

You can be certain that someone in a think tank operating in the interest of the Democratic party somewhere, thought this mass migration would tear at Americans heart strings and guilt all of us into favoring the Democratic party for compassionate humanitarian reasons.

Let me put this out there: If twenty five strangers showed up at your house demanding not only entry and permanent lodging, but to be fed, clothed, and medically evaluated, and treated if necessary. Would you just open the door? This is the situation at our southern border. Pundits on both sides of the aisle are criticizing the President for considering a declaration of national emergency to address this situation. There are even Republicans that are saying that there is a high political price that President Trump faces for doing so.

The Democrats are already trying desperately to come up with ways to impeach the President. How much higher can the political price get at this point? If the President acts now, I submit that he can fund the project of protecting Americans from this imminent threat through military action, deter the incentive, as well as remove any political leverage that the Democrats are holding over him on this issue. The Army Corps of Engineers can then build the wall, as well as roll out rows of razor wire in areas where it isn’t practical because of adverse natural terrain to construct the wall, barrier, or fence, as some would rather call it.

Idiots and Fools in Congress

Congresswoman Alexandria Cortez has ambitious plans to shift American reliance on fossil fuels in the next decade to green renewable sources. To most of those who embrace these ideas the concept is to tax the pathway to this aspiration. This will only drive those who keep America’s economy going to flee and find better tax climates to do their business. Besides, it is a known fact, that even if everyone was taxed at one hundred percent, it wouldn’t buy enough green energy to do the job.

I would like to know how the Congresswoman plans to make intercontinental commerce possible without fossil fuel, or  rail transport and commerce, or air travel. Are we to go back to steam technology? How about wooden sailing vessels of the sixteenth century? Oh no we can’t do that, because of the deforestation. Without diesel electric transportation devices, or jet engines, practical domestic and world commerce simply isn’t possible. Maybe we could get the “pony express” back up and running for nationwide mail delivery. Even the big commercial machines that plow, plant, and harvest crops that feed America, rely on this technology. Though a lot of the machinery operates unmanned, it still needs to have the ability to run for days on end to accomplish the tasks to manage thousands of acres of farmland.

 This woman has no clue of reality. I would like to know what kind of constituency elects a lawmaker without a law degree? This obviously poorly educated Socialist has now compared herself to both Lincoln and Roosevelt as far as what she believes are radical ideas to benefit mankind. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez should first begin with a crash course in economics and public relations, followed by another in both domestic and foreign commerce, and then perhaps a fundamental guide to understanding the basic principles of how the United States Government works. If she can prove the intelligence required to accomplish that, then maybe she could get accepted to a college to try to get a law degree. I would suggest that those who would give any credence to what this woman says to take the time to watch a movie called ” Idiocracy!”

A Military Solution to the Caravan

It’s one thing to have people pouring into the United States, it’s completely another to have them enter already needing medical care. Over 60% of the immigrants have some sort of illness.

The solution to this mass influx of needy immigrants is a simple one, because we already have some cooperation with the Mexican government. Rather than accepting these people, at an estimated cost of $1200 per individual for processing, (let alone any medical needs they may have) the solution is to have the U.S. military use a whole fleet of C-130 heavy transport aircraft that could be flown into Tijuana Airport.

 From there the immigrants can be loaded in large numbers and before departure, people with illnesses could be given medicine and instructions for the treatment they need, as well as some basic K rations, a vs-quine poncho, thermal blanket, baby wipes, a tote bag, and a few other simple necessities.When the transports land, the geographic location would make it easier for them to find their way back to their country of origin.

Surely this solution would be far less burdensome on the U.S. taxpayer, as there is already been approval for an expanded military budget through Congress.

 

President Trump’s executive order

President Trump has expressed the idea of halting claims of asylum  by the caravan through executive order. There is also a rumor that he may try to temporarily contest the “birthright” part of the 14th amendment the same way.

House speaker Paul Ryan sharply criticized President Trump for considering this. My advice to our president is to sign as many executive orders, regardless of the criticism, as it takes to thwart the efforts of those wanting to illegally gain entry into this country, regardless of political opposition, even from Republicans, who have also embraced this misnomer  until the proper legislation can be passed to correct the problem.

After all, President Obama enacted “the dream act” or D.A.C.A. through executive order, and it has held up well to criticism, although it has not been legally enacted through the legislative process.

Khashoggi Outrage Goes Silent

Has anyone noticed that the once outraged Democrats and complicit media, just last week calling for sanctions and retribution against Saudi Arabia for the murder of the journalist, Jamal Khashoggi have stopped? Facts have now come forth that Khashoggi was an advocate for Islamic extremism. He is also, possibly one of the higher level members of The Muslim Brotherhood to which, I might add, President Obama was so enamored with, and gave a ton of U.S. taxpayer money to  support when Hosni Mubarak was forced out of office for accusations which he was later cleared.

Khashoggi has had a long history of trying to give rise to Islamic extremism in Saudi Arabia, as the new Crown Prince is trying to push for a more moderate and democratic society. Khashoggi even was an outspoken critic against the Crown Prince’s giving women the right to drive. Khashoggi is to Saudi Arabia as Osama Bin Laden is to New York City. Oh, and by the way, the two of them were very close associates. As usual, if one were to only get their information from C.N.N. or M.S.N.B.C. they are only getting the news that the progressive left wants them to get. If someone were to only get  that information from those networks over the past couple weeks on this matter, someone would possibly condone a military action against the Saudis.

These propaganda networks have also made foreign relations with both Russia and China the worst that possibly they have ever been. This is no accident, the sole intent is to discredit President Trump, and the progressive left cares not if it thrusts the United States into World War III, as long as the short-term objective is met.

 

Caravan from Central America

An invasion force from Central America is fast approaching our southern border. Some of the people may have ill intent to our nation, and some may just be looking for work, while others may seek asylum.

Since political correctness dictates that all are assumed to have innocent intentions, we must treat them all the same. Just like screening at all our airports, to avoid missing the one that does irreparable harm, all Americans are screened. This is no different. In order to be effective, all these individuals must be verified as to their point of origin, their destination, their contacts here, and their intentions if they are allowed to enter.

Since this influx is similar to an invasion force from another country, it must be treated as such. The border agency does not have the resources, and frankly this is above their pay grade. The United States Military, however, does have the capability to handle such things. The United States has no choice at this point, to properly address and assess these people it must be deployed, and in adequate numbers as to not be overwhelmed. If the invaders use force to gain entry, then equal and opposing force must be given to neutralize the threat.

Once the enemy surrenders and has been captured in the military operation each individual can be assessed as to the threat level and appropriate action can be taken on a case by case evaluation process. There is no other reasonable response that can be taken at this point. The invading force has grown to that of a whole battalion of forces of 14,000 strong.

DEPLOY THE ARMED FORCES AT ONCE! Failing to do so may historically, go down as the biggest blunder of the Trump Presidency, if not, any presidency.

Democrats Run Amok

I think the Democrats have really overplayed their hand this time. As usual they under thought the consequences of their tactics to delay this Supreme Court nominee. Blinded by the misguided aspirations of the left-wing of the party, they failed to think about the consequences if their objective failed. Now that Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation is imminent, if the Democrats had concerns about his objectivity on the court, they certainly can have no doubt how he would rule now, after they have  “poked the sleeping bear”. 

After what they have personally done at the core of this man’s family with a blatant attempt to socially destroy him? I can assure you, that if it were me in his position, I would never rule in favor of anything that involved a political connection that in any way helped a Democratic argument in The Supreme Court.

The Democratic party has been corrupted by the disease of the left. The left has convinced the main wing of the party that a few thousand ignorant, misinformed, paid, protesters represent the American ideal. Although I am a Republican, I can remember a time when the Democratic party stood for, and represented more of American values as a whole. Now with the corruption of young minds in our broken education system, as well as big money lobbyists like Soros, who made his fortune in a capitalist society, now preaches Globalism and Socialism, for the sole benefit of his own bank account, has convinced those less informed, that they can be better off living off the labors of others.

There may come a time in American history, when society becomes convinced that Soros’ ideas are practical and America tries and fails that experiment, but that time is not now!

Christine Ford’s Testimony- con’t

The entire Justice system in America is based on the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise, then if found guilty, incarcerated, or fined with the hope of restitution or of rehabilitation. In fact our entire society revolves around that premise, that as one ages, one matures, and grows from past experiences, and in essence is rehabilitated as they learn from past transgressions.

This girl went to this alleged gathering for the explicit purpose to gain knowledge about interacting with boys, drinking, and other social interactions. Don’t misunderstand me, I in no way believe that as a young girl she sought to be mistreated, if something actually happened to her. Contrary to what some believe, every child attempts to recon with understanding social interaction to some degree on their own, without guidance from their parents. Christine Ford has accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, when in fact she herself has described the incident as unwanted touching, but only outside her clothing. I thought that sexual assault required a sexual act or skin contact. No sexual contact actually occurred. Maybe, however, in legal terms, they are synonymous. If charges were filed against Kavanaugh, would he be tried as an adult or a child? Testimony given by Christine Ford prior to, and during the hearing, stated  that this unwanted touching occurred when she was 14, and the accused was approximately the same age.

My question being, that shouldn’t these people both have matured, learned from this, if you believe that some incident did occur? The answer is plainly, yes. Ford has a Bachelors, two Masters, and a Doctorate degree. Kavanaugh is as a Yale Law graduate, and  has had an extremely successful career in the Justice system. Yet as I watch this hearing, Christine Ford is acting like a traumatized 14-year-old, even sobbing at timely intervals, yet smiling the next moment, and I might add not doing a very convincing acting job. What I really found astonishing, was watching as  her lawyer was explaining to her, how to be sworn in. It is completely demeaning of her actual character as a highly educated woman, and a teacher. Are we to believe she has never watched an episode of Law and Order on TV? It is completely demeaning of her actual character as a highly educated woman, and a teacher. I think if Christine  Ford acted with this level of vulnerability as a teacher, in the classroom, her students would probably take huge advantage of her.  Accusations alone can’t be used as a measure of the nominee’s character today, 36 years later.

Senator Feinstein didn’t help Fords credibility  by withholding evidence from both the F.B.I and the Senate committee for three weeks, a separate crime, in my opinion. Even if official charges were leveled against Kavanaugh today, by Ford, they would not stick because of the lack of evidence. Not one witness to corroborate any of her accusations. On the other hand,  Kavanaugh has dozens of witnesses to support his innocence.

There is no question that both the accuser and the accused illegally drank and had questionable behaviors, but one would be foolish to assess either of their characters today, from their behaviors  at age 14. This hearing makes about as much sense as rain rising to the sky, instead of falling to the ground!

Even more compelling was the compassionate questioning of both parties by Republicans, and the lack thereof by Democrats. The entire substance of all the questions by Democrats were aimed at finding flaws in Kavanaugh’s character trying to paint him as some kind of alcoholic lush. Senator Booker even tried to get Kavanaugh to make disparaging remarks about his accuser by leveraging an open-ended question with regard to Kavanaugh’s reference to the Democrat’s unethical tactics in his opening statement. It is even more clear now than ever that Kavanaugh deserves confirmation to put and end to the swampy tactics that define the Democratic party.

Supreme Court Hearings Circus Continues

Today’s circus hearings have now begun at fever pitch. From Booker to Durbin to Feinstein to Blumenthal and others. It apparently is acceptable practice for the Democrats to violate attorney client privilege, if that attorney works in a Republican administration. Claiming that President Bush’s attorney has no right to withhold privileged documents, because he had worked for the nominee.

The Senator from North Carolina, a Republican, seemed to achieve absolute silence from the Democrats, when he asked that if they are forgoing attorney client privilege that all the Senators release all of their e-mails in a gesture of transparency.  Booker’s grandstanding in these hearings are an obvious attempt to get air time for his aspirational bid for the Presidency.

Anyone that would think that is a good idea to put this moron in the highest office in the land needs to get an M.R.I. of their brain because there must be some anomaly. Booker’s release of confidential documents indicates he clearly has no respect for the Senate confidentiality rules. What would make a person think he would respect those same rules as president? Rules aren’t rules if there is no consequence for breaking them. Senator Cornyn quoted the rule directly to Senator Booker, and in an arrogant defiance of said rules, Booker said “bring it” to challenge anyone that would hold him to account.

I hope that at least one Republican Senator adheres to the rules and challenges Mr. Booker. Oh, and by the way one of the penalties is expulsion from the senate, however, it would need a ⅔ majority to do so.

Supreme Court Hearings are a Circus

Watching the Supreme Court circus over the past few days, and the feeble attempts by Democrats to obstruct, was so indicative of how far off the rails their party has come. The hired protesters weren’t exactly a positive for Democrats. Corey Booker kept complaining that the Democrats only have 10% of the documents, but 90% of the documents requested had no bearing on the merits of Kavanaugh’s eligibility to fill the seat.

In fact most of those documents were sensitive communications between then President Bush and his closest advisors, when Kavanaugh served as White House secretary, like those from the head of national security, C.I.A.,  F.B.I. and the D.O.J. I could almost see Democrats salivating at the idea that they might possibly convince Congress to reveal the inner workings of an opposing party’s Presidency, at the highest national security level; and the hopes of somehow leveraging some savory tidbit of information to try to rig the upcoming election in their favor. Sheldon Whitehouse had someone holding up signs depicting conservative groups and corporations that lobbied for Kavanaugh’s nomination, but apparently has no concern for the millions poured in from Liberal groups for the contrary. Whitehouse pointed out percentage statistics where the Supreme Court ruled in favor of corporate litigants and conservative groups, yet failed to give any details about those legal arguments. Feinstein seemed to think that if confirmed, Kavanaugh would single-handedly reverse Roe V Wade.

The main reason for the Democrats having these concerns, is that they have become so used to Liberal judges legislating  from the bench applying their political ideology, instead of litigating with impartiality, that they fear the same thing will happen to them from the opposite side of the political aisle.

Thankfully Ted Cruz was able to clearly articulate the true nature of the Democrat’s obstruction and concerns for Kavanaugh’s appointment; that this is no more than just another attempt to delegitimize the Trump Presidency. Cruz articulated that Trump ran his campaign promising to put fair-minded constitutionalist judges on the Supreme Court. This being contrary to Hillary Clinton’s approach to put Liberal judges in place to re-evaluate and possibly re legislate the constitution from the Supreme Court bench. He then added that the American people voted and elected Trump partly on that principle.The fact is, that by its very nature conservative view is for the most part based on facts and common sense, therefore, far fewer of these instances of political bias interfere with judgement calls.

This country was founded, and survives today based mainly on those conservative principles. Most of the Liberal policies that have been enacted, through ‘bench legislation’ and have become mainstream in today’s society, have become burdensome to society, dragging down those who would otherwise seek achievement instead of hand outs. The very nature of these policies have created the social injustices that many are protesting against.
